The Agilence business model builds-in appropriate risk/reward fee arrangements that ensure our services yield the outcomes you have charted with us. If Agilence feels we cannot act as your advocate free of conflicts or distractions, we will either re-cast the assignment with you, or find you an appropriate resource.

In addition, project leaders assemble the required internal and external resources required to successfully complete our engagements.
